Before reporting a bug, please try the following:
- If, on a Pebble Time or Pebble Time Steel, a single grey dot appears when trying to load Morpheuz, you are running an out of date version of the Pebble OS. Please update and try again.
- If, on a Pebble Time or Pebble Time Steel, the loading bar on the watch stops part way and will not move, shutdown your watch and reboot it. Then try again.
